Lux Labs runs luxlabs.co. We publish luxury hotel-casino reviews judged by polish versus price. We do not run accounts or take payments. We mostly see your details when you contact us.

Who is responsible

Lux Labs is the controller for personal data collected through this site and the [email protected] inbox. We are a small editorial project, not a booking company.

What we collect

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you send: usually name, email, message text, and any extra form fields. The server may also record IP address, browser type, and request time. We use that to read the message, reply if needed, and keep abuse off the form.

Do not send payment cards, passport scans, or booking confirmations. If a message includes something we do not need, we delete it when we notice.

Hosts and security tools may keep ordinary logs such as IP, URL, user agent, and timestamps for uptime, debugging, and attack blocking. There is no member login, newsletter list, or checkout here.

Why we use it

Contact data is used to answer you and keep a short record if a follow-up is needed. Logs support security and reliability. We do not sell personal information or build ad profiles from your messages.

Cookies and similar tech

We do not set our own analytics or advertising cookies. The site may load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may cache files for faster return visits. Clear those in browser settings if you want.

How long we keep it

Contact messages stay only as long as we need them to reply and close the thread. Old mail that no longer needs a reply gets cleared in routine housekeeping. Server logs rotate on the host's schedule. We are not building a permanent customer database.

Who else might see it

Hosting, email, and security providers process data so the site and inbox can run. They may not use your message content for their own marketing. We do not pass contact details to hotels for sales outreach.

If the law requires disclosure, or we must defend the site against abuse, we may share the minimum needed with a court, regulator, or investigator.

Your choices

Ask what contact data we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a thread that is no longer needed. Email [email protected]. We may need to confirm it is you first.
